Who are THE MIDGES

Sometime in the nineties Mario Leichsenring and Rene' Glase felt the time was due for their music - wich is often described as undescribable. Shortly afterwards The Midges - named after stitching insects from scottland - were completed with Gunnar Ritzmann and Felix. Over the years they developed an unique stile mostly characterized through the songs and the voice of Mario Leichsenring. There is another remarkable point about the band - the constant variation of the line-up. Just this flow had a deep impact on the temporarily appeareance of that what we understand as The Midges.
